Tera Sabo "Unmasked" as 2012 Miss Auburn

Tera Sabo of Green River Community College became the newest Miss Auburn at the program's 50th anniversary celebration. The evening showcased 22 contestants, numerous former queens (including the program's first-ever queen Ann Worden) and other acknowledgements of the storied history of Miss Auburn.

Sabo, who was impressive on the piano all with her rendition of "Midnight Rhapsody", is an advocate of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and has a goal of earning a Masters in Business Administration and someday directing a non-profit organization. Learn more about Tera Sabo.

Allison Arthur

Allison Arthur Takes 2012 Miss Auburn Outstanding Teen

Allison Arthur, a junior at Thomas Jefferson High School, was crowned the 2012 Miss Auburn Outstanding Teen. The second girl to earn the honor in the program's short history, Arthur was coronated by 2011 queen Naomi Moore at Auburn's Performing Arts Center on February 4.

The 17-year-old dancer boasts a nearly perfect GPA and her platform issue is preventing Alzheimer's through mental and physical activity, a personal issue due to the disease running her family. She also has a personal record in pole vault of 9'7".
